You need not be Filipino or even attend Rutgers University-New Brunswick! We take photos and videos for not just RAPS but also the greater APIDA community at Rutgers and FIND, Inc. District III, the regional collegiate Philippine student organizations spanning across Northern NJ, NYC, and Long Island!

Don't be intimidated if you have little experience or no equipment! We're always looking to help people try out new things!
